The Harbour Apartments are located within a stylish new development in the vibrant area of Leith, with Edinburgh city centre just 20 minutes away. With complimentary parking for over 100 cars and lift access to all levels, Harbour Apartments are perfect for family holidays, group bookings, corporate travel or a romantic getaway.
With access to the Next Generation spa and sports facilities next door, these apartments offer a real, similarly priced alternative to a hotel room. At Next Generation you will find 12 tennis courts, 4 squash courts and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Once a busy shipping port, Leith has undergone huge regeneration in recent years. Now home to the Scottish Executive, Royal Yacht Britannia and the Ocean Terminal, this cosmopolitan area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Run on a hotel basis, accommodation is complemented by the freedom and flexibility of your own apartment.
Please note the Leith redevelopment project. In the meantime some apartments will include views of work sites as well as the Firth of Forth.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Reception is on the ground floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys
Check-out time is 10:00. Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. We do also offer a luggage storage facility before and after check-out.
Apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a week. Additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost.
Built in 2006 these stylish apartments have lift access to all levels and a secure entry-phone system.
All apartments have comfortable bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles on request, with all linen and towels provided. The apartments have private bathrooms with powerful showers and bath. Apartments have dining areas and fully fitted kitchens with utensils, toasters, ovens, microwaves and washing machines.
There are views out into the Harbour, the River Forth and city of Edinburgh. Apartments have free Wi-Fi internet.

By Car
From the city centre:
- From Waverly Station Bridge, cross diagonally right over Princes Street onto South St Andrew Street.
- Take a left onto St Andrew Square and then take the first right.
- Follow St Andrew Square down, and take the 2nd right onto Queen Street.
- From Queen Street head along to York Place.
- At the traffic signals continue forward until you reach Picardy Place roundabout.
- Turn left (first exit) at the roundabout and head down past The Edinburgh Playhouse (on your right) until you reach another roundabout.
- Go straight over the roundabout (first exit) and follow Leith Walk until the road forks. At these traffic signals turn left onto Great Junction Street.
- Take the 2nd left onto Lindsay Road.
- Follow the road until you reach a roundabout and take the 2nd exit, following signs for The Western Harbour Development, The Element and The Next Generation Gym.
- Follow this road until you reach the final block. Reception is on the ground floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys.
By Public Transport
From the airport:
The airport bus departs every 15 minutes. Guests must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station).
